Madison

The Madison is a lovely apartment located very close to Lakeside Shopping Centre with its array of restaurants and cafes. At the moment Lakeside Shopping Centre is the largest shopping centre outside of Perth City Centre. With the train station being so close, you can easily hope on a train and within 30 minutes be in Perth CBD. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is an ensuite attached to the master bedroom and a family bathroom also has the washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The kitchen has an oven hob and large fridge freezer so that you can be self-catering.

There is a large shared pool for your enjoyment (please note the pool is closed in the cold months) and if you have some energy to burn there is also a small gym. All the information to access these amenities is written down for you in the apartment All this and Wi-Fi so that you can keep in touch while you are away.

Neighbourhood information:
Joondalup is a lovely satellite City of Perth and is handy for driving to Yanchep National Park, Swan Valley or even just popping into your car and going to the beach for the day

Joondalup Country Club is only 3.7kms away for those that like to enjoy a round of golf.
