Our apartment and complex are safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained.
Parking $8 per day
BOOKINGS Apply on first-in first-served basis.
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WDs with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $8 per day min 7-day bookings apply, payment is due upfront at the time of booking for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of your stay. It is undercover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street. 1 floor below street level.
