THIS UNIT IS FULLY SELF-CONTAINED AND ATTACHED TO THE MAIN HOUSE IT IS -- The Farm Stay --
The farm stay experience is set of 15 acres and a short walk to the beautiful Ventnor Beach, on Phillip Island, between the main township of Cowes and the World famous Penguin Parade. On the property there are cows, sheep, alpacas, goats, pigs, egg-laying hens, roosters, guinea pigs to handle and feed as well as a peacock or two! Animals will be fed at various times during the day. There is also a well established orchard and vegetable garden to walk through and enjoy the seasonal produce.

The self-contained farm houses enable guests to enjoy the views of the farm from the privacy of their accommodation as well as enjoying being on a farm setting. The farm houses have open outdoor areas for the guests to enjoy and relax including large BBQ area, playground equipment for children and young people or a relaxing outdoor space to utilise the free Wifi or enjoy a refreshment or two from the communal kitchen and vending machines while reading the local newspaper of the day. During the cooler months you can enjoy an outdoor open fire around the communal fire pit (contained area)

1 single bed and 1 trundle bed.

Couch & lounge chair, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo (CD and radio), selection of books, videos & board games. Wood heater & reverse cycle air conditioner.

KITCHENETTE
Microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker. Cleaning agents, tea towels provided. BBQ outside

Pillows, bed linen, doonas, blankets, towels etc provided.
Spacious with stepless shower base, hand held or fixed shower, accessible toilet, hair dryer.

Mon - Thurs - $195- per night
Fri - Sun - $225- per night
