SALTFLEET Villa is perfectly located centrally in the coastal village of Port Noarlunga between the beach, the river, the bakery, cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and art galleries. Your family and friends will be spoilt for choice of activities right on their doorstep.
Grab some pastries from Becks Bakehouse and walk over the bridge to Jubilee Park Wooden Adventure Playground. Grab some fish and chips and head for a walk along the beach and jetty. Cycle or walk the shared Coast Path passing the villa, where travelling south you will follow closely alongside the meandering Onkaparinga River, past the spectacular sand dunes and red Ochre cliffs to the Onkaparinga River Mouth.
On the way look across another bridge to see the South Port Surf Life Saving Club hidden in the sand dunes. If you see the tall Red Coopers Flag waving in the breeze it lets you know THE BAR IS OPEN and you are welcome to join locals for a drink. The clubs rear deck is the perfect place to watch surfing. This area is part of the Mid Coast Surfing Reserve.
Either walk back to the villa along the beach from the club or continue the coastal path all the way to Moana Beach.
Travelling north along the path to cafes, restaurants, shopping, the beach, jetty and reef with the underwater trail.
Critique the art at Port Noarlunga Art Centre Galleries and Saubieur House.

Rates from 175 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 250 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
The number of people permitted access to the property at any time during the rental period should not exceed the number stated on the Booking Form or subsequently agreed in writing.
The only people permitted to stay overnight at the property are paying guests. Fees will apply for extra quests that will be agreed by the owners in advance
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, may result in termination of rental and loss of the Security Bond
Cost caused by damage, breakages, theft and/or loss of any property and/or it which belong to owners of Wine Coast Villas. Will result in loss of the Security Bond and/or additional charges
The owners of Wine Coast Villas and staff accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property during the rental period
Excess cleaning charges will apply if the house is not left in an acceptably clean condition
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the house will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $250
In the event of an equipment breakdown or power cut, we may offer a replacement stay or other benefit as compensation
Pets are not allowed on the properties. Guest aid dogs are very welcome to stay on the property.
Guests must observe SA bush fire regulations and fire bans at all times.
In all cases a cancellation a $200 administration fee will apply.
No refund can be given for non-arrival, unused services or unused nights. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of holiday bookings.
