WATERFRONT Villa is a well-located beachfront private villa in Port Noarlunga, beautifully designed to capture fantastic uninterrupted panoramic views of the beach, jetty, reef, sand dunes and red ochre cliffs from most rooms. The flexible floor plan suits large families and groups with varying interests and needs.
As mentioned above, with seven large bedrooms and four bathrooms, this beachfront private villa is ideal as group holiday accommodation with complete privacy. We maintain the house and attached unit combine to offer easy access to all seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. Off street parking is from the rear entrance for four vehicles or two mini-buses, and larger buses can park for free on the rear street. WATERFRONT Villa is a large 7 bedroom property and most bookings are for large groups up to 14 to have exclusive use, however sometimes the booking may be for less numbers which may mean restriction to some rooms. This will be notified to you when making a booking.
Gather together in the lounges and at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher plus a kitchenette.
Beach towels, beach shades and other equipment are provided for a great day on the beach to enjoy aquatic activities. An outdoor shower helps wash the sand off before enjoying a wine and beautiful sunsets.

WATERFRONT Villa is an ideal place for luxury group accommodation with beachfront rooms and world-class amenities.
