This first floor unit is north-facing towards the sparkling water, with a level entry from the street (no stairs) and uninterrupted views out across the Bay – watch the boats pass by from your balcony! There is a living area with a ceiling fan, sofa bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests have access to an external, coin-operated laundry with a washer and dryer, and secure parking is available in a single lock up garage.
