The air-conditioned open plan living area features comfortable furnishings including a 3-seater lounge and 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player, a 6-seater Beechwood dining suite, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the entertainment balcony with an outdoor setting, water glimpses and parkland views. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with stools and plenty of bench space, and the internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
