As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted with a well-maintained garden surrounded by lush trees and a log campfire, perfect for some cosy night BBQ's. The garden wraps around the house with multiple outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the sunshine and the view of the National Park. There's also a covered patio right at the entrance of the house. As you step inside, you'll find high ceilings, exposed beams and timber windows, creating the ambience of comfort and leisure. There's a log fireplace to keep you warm and toasty during cold seasons and a split-system air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer. For your entertainment - Sylvia Cottage has Wi-Fi, smart TV, and board games.

The living and dining areas are tastefully and brightly furnished with great natural light throughout. The new stone-topped kitchen makes up the heart of the home. It has modern equipment and large SS appliances and lots of storage to make cooking meals simple and hassle-free. It has a full-sized fridge and freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a cooktop, dishwasher, and more. It also has an island benchtop where you can enjoy casual meals.

There is a double gate for vehicle access to the front and backyard.

If you're into hiking or just want a leisure stroll, there's a myriad of walking trails just right at your doorstop so you can appreciate more the beauty of the coast and bush. It also gives you the perfect spots to appreciate the most stunning coastline in Australia.

This charming well presented cottage can accommodate 7 guests in 3 spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has been beautifully updated along with the ensuite.

Bedroom 1: King bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a shower and a toilet
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a built-in robe
Bedroom 3: 2 x single bunk beds and a trundle and a built-in robe

The main bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and a toilet.
