One Bedroom Units

There are a small complex of six units that offer all you need on holiday, just bring your food, clothes and your favorite company.

Everything else is supplied.

Your unit is equipped with linen, towels, full size fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, electric fry pan, cutlery, crockery and so much more!

YOUR SPACE
The unit has one bedroom with a queen size bed all linen and bath towels are included. The kitchen lounge area has all that you need to keep you comfy with recliner chairs and free Wifi and cooking facilities to whip up your favorite meal. In the bathroom you have a shower and toilet that is private.

GUEST ACCESS
While here you have access to your unit and three grass filled acres and gardens. There is a BBQ for your use and a playground for the children. Your pet will love the large area for them to run around.

We are more than happy to help you with local knowledge and the best places to see, eat and experience, all you need to do is ask.

NEIBOURHOOD OVERVIEW
We are situated in a rural area on Merimbula's Top Lake. Your unit will enjoy views over the lake, wetlands, gardens and hills covered with trees. Guest's have access to our private lake boat ramp and jetty and there is plenty of room to park the boat.

GETTING AROUND
Top of the Lake is within easy access of all that is to offer on the Sapphire Coast. 5 min drive to Merimbula and Pambula shops and their magnificent beaches. Bega, Eden, Tathra and Candelo are also all within a 20 min drive.

Our one bedroom units are fully self contained with all that you need to make your holiday feel like a home away from home.

Prices based on up to 2 people in a one bedroom unit
Each additional person $20 per night.
