Rates from 235 AUD to 255 AUD per night

- Up to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 2 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party policy. No pets. No smoking inside (Please use ashtrays provided outside). You will be staying in a fully self contained Villa that is self servicing. A standard cleaning charge is built into the nightly accommodation rate. Should an excessively littered or dirty property result in extended housekeeping hours an extra cleaning charge will be applied to the account. Please ensure upon departure any food items are taken out of the fridge and all rubish is placed in outside bins provided. Washing up of kitchen cookware, crockey and utensils is done, dried and stored away. Extra cleaning charges depend on the extra labour, materials and travel time required. Extra hours @ $50 + GST.
