Hideaway House

*Currently renting room by room, but will consider renting out the whole house which has 4 bedrooms. Keeping in mind the current COVID 19 situation and aware that one may wish to self isolate.

A well appointed home on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with a swimming pool and wood fire place. Also has a reverse cycle air-conditioner. It is an approximate 15 minute walk to the beach and backs onto a small reserve with a children's playground and room to play cricket. Don't be surprised to see a bunny or two running through the property. While sitting outside enjoying the peace and quiet, enjoy the colorful Parrots sitting in the trees each day.

The home is an approx 2 minute drive to Pier 10 winery/restaurant and the beautiful Ashcombe Lavender Maze. A great place for breakfast and/or lunch.

The Mornington Peninsula wineries are all close by. Just a short drive or alternatively a booking with any one of the local winery tour guides.

The home itself has a TV in the master room and a large TV in the family room. The dining room table seats at least 8 people.

The pool is a salt chlorinated pool and down the sideway a warm outside shower to get all the sand off after visiting the beach before entering the home.

The bathroom has a double shower and behind the bathroom is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

This home is in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula Wineries. Spoilt for choice with many restaurants and Cafes, Ashcombe Lavender Maze, Golf course, Beach and surf beach.
No need to travel too far to amuse yourself with the rural outlook you can walk 15 mins and be at the beach or drive 1 or 2 mins and you will find yourself either at a winery or a surf beach or a cafe.
