Located in a prized cul-de-sac, moments from the front beach of Sorrento and the township, this luxurious property exudes a natural elegance of masterly resolve.

Entry is through the articulated cedar façade that flows into a separate guest suite, after which the lawned courtyard, pool, and entertaining areas are revealed. This guest suite resembles a resort-style bungalow with wooden slatted windows overlooking the front of the property, and the other side overlooking the majestical pool area.

Bedroom 1, separate from the main house, includes a queen-size bed, TV, spacious ensuite, walk-through robe with minibar, and tea/coffee making facilities.

A beautifully composed alfresco area with open fire leads directly to the main building with entry into the kitchen. Here one is greeted by the long stone island bench before flowing into the expanse of the dining space. A dividing wall separates a study with the main lounge with a gas log fire TV and entertainment system. Completing this living zone are views over the stunning solar heated pool and lush subtropical garden.

Bedroom 2, located down the hall with a commanding outlook, and is the Master Bedroom suite. Absolutely stunning with an expansive walk-through dressing room and state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom with stand-alone bath and feature wall, total indulgence!

The spaces are characterised by meticulous detail, generous scale, and an abundance of natural light. The palette of finishes is warm and textural and the feeling is fluid, calm, and comfortable.

The lower level comprises three bedrooms and a second lounge/games room opening out to the expansive rear lawn, two further stunning bathrooms, and the laundry. Extensive decking and inspired landscaping spills in and around it all.
