Fantastic Family Beach House! This holiday house has it all. With a very flexible floor plan, there are many areas of sanctuary. The spacious design and the elegant yet casual decor provide little reason to ever leave the property. There are 3 distinctive living zones providing excellent entertaining options or if you are sharing the house with friends you can always find a place for some solitude. This property also has an expansive outdoor deck/alfresco dining area. Between the Seas is a fabulous property for those who want a beachside holiday yet who appreciate privacy, quality, and modern living.

* Living & Dining *

Between the Seas has many living zones to choose from. There is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, which expands through lovely big glass sliding doors, onto an outdoor deck. Drape yourself in the afternoon sun on the rear deck complete with outdoor dining table setting for 10 people and BBQ. The combined dining/living areas are tastefully furnished with modern fixtures, polished floorboards throughout, also an indoor dining table with seating for 10 people. There is also another cozy living room at the front of the house for those wanting some privacy. Perfect for curling up on the lounge and reading a book or watching a movie. Perhaps a glass of wine or just some peace and quiet away from the kids. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect including a coffee pod machine. It truly is a delightful property to entertain and catch up with friends and family.

* Bed & Bath *

You can comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom is complete with Queen size bed, quality furnishings, and spacious ensuite.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 - are perfect for the kids, both comprise a set of bunks and single bed, built-in robe, and quality furnishings.

Bedroom 4 - comprises a Queen size bed, built-in robe, and is tastefully decorated. As you would expect there is also a beautiful central bathroom including a separate bath.

Ideally located just minutes walk to Sorrento Village, cafes, cinema, shops, and restaurants! Or if you are wanting to go to the beach the choice is yours! Located in between the Bay and Sorrento back beach. Fully fenced backyard for the little ones, inverter heating and refrigerated cooling system with ducted outlets to every room in the house, and a spacious laundry with an additional fridge for those icy cold drinks!
