* Living Zones *

This classic Sorrento beach house has an open plan living with gorgeous recycled timber floors and high ceilings. The kitchen adjoins the dining area opening out onto the front deck.

The kitchen has Smeg appliances, plenty of storage, expansive island bench space, and a generous walk-in pantry. Whilst up the hall is an extra-large laundry.

* Bed and Bath *

The 3 bedrooms are all a generous size.

Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom has a King Size bed, an ensuite, walk-in-robe, and a split system air-conditioning unit.

Bedroom 2 - includes 2 x Sets of bunks

Bedroom 3 - includes 1 x Tri-bunk

The shared bathroom is very modern and spacious with a huge bath (spa jets are not operational) , and a separate shower.

The house also features WiFi extensive use of double glazing, split system air-conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom, ducted heating, ducted vacuum, alarm system, gas heated spa and tennis court. A Sorrento gem!

Pets - considered upon request and subject to owner approval.

All linen and towels are provided. Also, beds will be made up for your arrival.
