A roomy, separate study space is conveniently located between the lounge and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out from the living space to a north-facing balcony with outdoor seating for 2 and glimpses of Melbournes famous Yarra River.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a walk-in wardrobe and generous storage, making it ideal for longer stays. A 2nd bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and a comfy lounge chair that folds out to a single bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 5 people if desired. The bathroom is accessible from this 2nd bedroom, as well as the hallway, and has a full sized bathtub along with a Beko washer/dryer combined. The apartment also has a separate shower and toilet.

The apartment comes with its own undercover security parking space, but if you prefer public transport, its just a few minutes walk to the bus stop on Alexandra Ave where you can catch regular bus services to Melbournes CBD (Downtown), Southbank and Crown Casino via The Arts Precinct. Alternatively, the South Yarra train station is a 10 minute walk away.
