The dining suite seats 4 people and flows through to a fully-equipped kitchen, including granite bench tops, a full size refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Delonghi 4 burner gas cook top, under-bench fan-forced oven and a pod-style coffee machine. A roomy, separate study space is conveniently located between the lounge and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out from the living space to a north-facing balcony with outdoor seating for 2 and glimpses of Melbournes famous Yarra River.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a walk-in wardrobe and generous storage, making it ideal for longer stays. A 2nd bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and a comfy lounge chair that folds out to a single bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 5 people if desired. The bathroom is accessible from this 2nd bedroom, as well as the hallway, and has a full sized bathtub along with a Beko washer/dryer combined. The apartment also has a separate shower and toilet.

Situated just 4 kilometres from Melbournes CBD (Downtown) South Yarra is an up-market, leafy suburb close to Fawkner Park, the Botanical Gardens and the Arts Precinct. The vibrant shopping and eating hubs of Toorak Road Yarra and Chapel Street are walking distance away. Enjoy a scenic walk around the famous Tan Track, which circles The Botanical Gardens and is about a 10 minute walk away along the Yarra River.
The apartment comes with its own undercover security parking space, but if you prefer public transport, its just a few minutes walk to the bus stop on Alexandra Ave where you can catch regular bus services to Melbournes CBD (Downtown), Southbank and Crown Casino via The Arts Precinct. Alternatively, the South Yarra train station is a 10 minute walk away.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
