Smiths Farm Stay

Smith's Farmstay, near Laura in the beautiful Southern Flinders Ranges, has magnificent river red gums along the creek, acres of Australian trees and shrubs with loads of space to play and explore.

The Laura to Stone Hut cycling track passes right by the gate and the Heysen and Mawson Trails are not far away.

Children love to feed the pet sheep and the sights and sounds of a crackling bonfire under the stars are popular with all generations.

There's an uninterrupted view over the valley for fantastic sunrises and the summer sunsets through the trees are spectacular. Smith's Farmstay is close to the lovely township of Laura, the country home of Golden North ice cream and an easy two and a half hour drive from the capital city of Adelaide.

Smiths Farm Stay is cosy for a couple, yet big enough for more.

The house has three bedrooms plus two cabin style bedrooms and can accommodate five couples or several families in 3 x Queen beds, 4 King Singles and 3 Singles. Linen, electric blankets and heaters are supplied. There are two bathrooms, three toilets, a well equipped kitchen and huge gas barbecue for self catering, big verandas (back and front) and split system air conditioning in main kitchen and living room.

The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped but it's the location that makes it so attractive.
