Kookaburra Noosa is a relaxing haven.
Our lovely home is warm, eclectic and "feels" like you are floating on water, decorated in a nautical style. The house offers guests 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. A private jetty for boating enthusiastic. Hire a boat or bring your own boat and moor at our jetty.
The kitchen and lounge flow onto a large deck making entertaining a pleasure. The deck, kitchen, lounge and master bedroom overlooks a north facing plunge pool which is cool in summer and heated in winter, waterways and lush greenery. Perfect positioned 15 min flat walk to shops, cafes and river.

The space:

Guest access:
-The blue wing of the house. Which offers 2 bedrooms .
-No other guests will be staying in the house when you are there
-Bookings for 4 people, we simply allow access to one internal area of the house
-interaction with guests
But our host Christine will be able to greet you and be available if you need any help.

Rates from 300 AUD to 700 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 350 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 220 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No Loud noise after 10pm as the noise travels across the canal , no smoking inside . Please return the house in a clean state .

We are family from Gotland in Sweden. We stayed for one week in this property, this house is perfect for our relaxing holiday. The owner is friendly and helpful, she contacted us to make sure everything is OK. The house is clean, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is huge and the garden is beautiful. We spent most of our time in the pool and the deck. This house has everything we need - the supermarket, shops and restaurants just one min drive. It is home away from home. I definitely recommend this place! This is the first time we use aabode.com -the support team was very helpful when we made an enquiry before confirming this booking.
