King bed in main bedroom with a walking wardrobe and ensuite with bath.
King bed in second bedroom with ensuite (The king bed can be split into two king singles - Please contact our team to enquire and book).
Two single beds and a queen bed in bedrooms three and four.
There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower with a separate powder room.
The home has a ducted air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans. Living area features a Smart TV plus a second TV in the master bedroom. Open plan living and dining (dining table with seating for 8) and living area with floor to ceiling glass to the waterfront.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, electric cook top and range hood, a microwave and a large capacity 2 door fridge / freezer plus a spacious walk in butler's pantry. If you are enjoy cooking while on holiday, you will love to stay at this property!
Also features fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer located in the garage.
Enjoy outdoors with the sunny swimming pool plus a deck and terrace to the waterfront which includes a timber jetty. There is also a covered waterfront al fresco entertaining area with outdoor dining for 8 with an incredible Webber hot plate BBQ.
Two adult kayaks are also available for guests to use. (Please note that life jackets are not provided and must be provided by guests).
Lock up garage for one car and two car spaces available in the driveway.
Please note if travelling with young children that the outdoor area is not fenced. There are stairs to access the grassy area lading to the canal. The outdoor area is at a higher level than the grassy area.
Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted.

Loch key can be requested upon $500 bond to be returned upon departure when the loch key is returned.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels and pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
