Entering the hallway off the dining leads directly to the laundry facilities. To the left is the second bedroom and to the right is the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains two single beds and a built-in robe. It also has a private balcony.

The master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-in robe, an ensuite bathroom that contains a shower, dual sinks and a shower, and a television. It also has a private balcony.

The main bathroom of the apartment is also located off the hallway to the right of the master bedroom. It contains a vanity, toilet and a combined bath/shower.
