AIRPORT ACCESS
Please note that I purchased this apartment due to the great proximity close to a train station on the airport line. Sydney traffic can be busy so the fastest way to get to my place from the airport is the train from domestic or international. Alight at Green Square Station and it's approximately 4 min walk to the apartment entrance. Also it's one station on to Central so very close to the city and it's attractions.

I would kindly ask that you treat this home as you would your own, respect the space and belongings please.
You will be enjoying a beautiful apartment so please keep the rooms reasonably tidy and ensure the contents of the apartment are not damaged.
If you lose the keys or building entry swipe there is a $250 fee chargeable, I only have one set and complex security is important for you and the other residents.
If you are a backpacker then this accommodation is not suitable
Please keep outside visitors to a minimum, there is a no party policy and respect in relation to noise and other residents must be adhered to.
Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or inside the apartment (complex rules sorry but easy to go outside the complex)
I generally do not accept check in's later than 8.00pm. If you know you will be arriving later than this time please advise prior to booking.
It is important for me to keep a great relationship with my neighbours and other owners within the apartment building. I kindly ask for you to adhere to the following;
Please be mindful of neighbours at all times and speak quietly when in the common areas late at night.
There is a strict 'no glass' policy around the swimming pool area, please adhere to this rule and all other rules clearly defined in the outdoor entertainment area.
While only being one train stop away from the city Alexandria is not in the heart of the "tourist" area. It's an Inner City suburb that is ideally situated to explore Sydney's exciting City of Villages away from but very close to the traditional tourist areas.
If you wish to stay in the traditional tourist areas may I suggest you look for accommodation in the Darling Harbour and Circular Quay areas.
