Recently completed this contemporary Scandinavian inspired studio is perfect for the city getaway on the Northern Beaches. Or for locals its is also an ideal place for visiting overseas or interstate friends or family to visit if you don't have the room to have them stay with you.

Beach Views over Bilgola Beach are visible from the apartment and patio.

We have a very comfortable queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, pillow top mattress topper and Country Road bed linen and towels.

For your entertainment there is a Sony LCD TV, bluray player and digital radio stereo with cable to plug into your devices.
3 seater lounge and armchair provide ample seating area as well as an extendable dining table for those that might need to work from the apartment. We can also provide a printer and wi-fi is free.

A fully self contained kitchenette with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher, Nespresso machine and more.
Modern bathroom has large walk in shower, hand basin and toilet with hair dryer.
We also can provide a fold away bed, porta cot and there is a iron and ironing board in the robe.
The beach is only minutes walk away and Avalon Village a 5-10 min walk.

Parking is on street but there is plenty of it available.

The apartment is ground floor of a 3 story house and is accessible by sandstone steps leading up the side of the driveway. We have had many elderly people stay with us, however it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Whether its hanging out at one of our wonderful beaches, sailing on Pittwater, taking a ferry over to the basin, playing golf or relaxing in one of the trendy cafes or shops in Avalon, we have it all on the Northern Beaches. We are perfectly positioned to experience it all.

Conveniently located on The Serpentine we are a hop skip and jump away from the shops, restaurants and cafes of Avalon and close walk to the main bus stop so you dont need a car. Only minutes drive from other popular beaches of Whale Beach and Palm Beach.
