Clean, basic, furnished, house, four small bedrooms, sleeps up to 8 people in all single beds, linen provided, one bathroom with two showers, towels provided, separate WC, open plan lounge room, dinning room, kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Microwave, kettle and toaster, large fridge.
No stove/ oven. limited cooking using the bar-b-que. There are many great restaurants in St.Marys and Penrith, which is only a 10 minute drive away.
Off street secure parking for many cars. Bar-B-Que.
No laundry facilities.
Salt water pool. People to bring own towels for pool. Hire a pool towel available for overseas guests.
Shaded pergola area adjoins the house. This house is ideal for a group of friends or extended family.
It is NOT a luxury house, basic and budget, in a rural area, peaceful and quiet. The location is at the gateway to the Blue Mountains in Orchard Hills. 55km to the famous three sisters in Katoomba and many walking tracks in the Blue Mountains and 50 km to Sydney City. Travelers with a car, it is ideal. No public transport within 3 km. All restaurants, shops, attractions you have to drive to. A good base for day trips.
No parties or functions allowed with non paying guests coming to the house.
Pets by prior arrangements. Must call first and discuss before making a booking if you have a pet(s).
Owner is a Tour Guide so can assist you plan your holiday. Owner speaks a little Mandarin. Not fluent but enough basic words. Owner is Australian.

Rates from 360 AUD to 480 AUD per night

- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No parties or functions with non paying guests using the pool or other facilities.
Must bring own bedding for pets. Pets allowed by discretion of management. Please confirm prior to making your booking. Pets must not be left alone inside or outside if guests go out. Management are not pet sitters.
Bookings must be 48 hours in advance minimum. NO same day booking.
Payment by bank transfer prior to arrival with proof of payment receipt emailed to us, or we do not confirm your booking.

No children under school age. Grounds are not suitable for toddlers.
We do not have facilities to cater for babies.
