The space:
Situated in a neighbourly Art Deco building, this professionally styled studio apartment has a beautiful Parisian feel to it and features floorboards throughout and a separate kitchen that can be sectioned off with a curtain. The kitchen comes equipped with a bar fridge, electric oven, 2 electric hotplates, microwave and coffee machine, while original subway tiling gives it much old-world charm.

The main space of the studio is painted a relaxing deep leaf green, and has a queen bed, occasional chair, chest of drawers, a dining setting for 2 and a Smart TV. Block-out shutters allow you to control the light flow while a portable fan and heater help maintain a comfortable room temperature throughout the year.

An older style bathroom has been freshened up with new wall tiles and a combined bath/shower but still has its original mosaic tiled floor. The apartment also comes with shared coin-operated laundry facilities on the rooftop, which has expansive, panoramic district
views from a rooftop deck.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be
done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
