With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this luxury property would make the ideal holiday home for a large family, or two families. Come and enjoy the very best family tourist precinct on the East Coast of Australia. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed while Bedroom 2 and 3 have a Queen Size and Bedroom 4 having 2 King size Singles. An abundance of children's parks are within reach, bring or hire push bikes so you can embrace the experience of cycling around Central Park and having a meal, cool drink or Gelato at the nearby Salt Village.

By request only, this property also has a high chair, Baby Jogger stroller and Baby Bjorn baby-bouncer available for your convenience. A Boori-sized cot is included in the main bedroom upstairs. The garage is locked off for owner use however there is parking on the driveway for two vehicles. The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc.

Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am which includes removing rubbish from the property, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, microwave and of course do not forget the BBQ!!

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction. All holiday bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about!

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
