This luxurious two story, beachfront home has an open, airy and light filled living areas and ideal for the family holiday. The residence boasts open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, 2 living areas, 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, and a beautiful undercover outdoor dining and lounge upstairs and downstairs area to enjoy the ocean view and breezes.

Enjoy the ocean breezes by opening the large glass sliding doors to create an indoor outdoor feeling with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, fully equipped with glasses, crockery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and everything that you could possibly need for that special family holiday. Kitchen also features dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, induction cooktop and rangehood.
Lounge room has wonderful sitting area equipped with large screen TV and opens out to both the outdoor dining deck and the outdoor lounge/sitting deck with privacy screens.
With indoor and outdoor dining there is plenty of room to enjoy the family meals or just gather and sit around on the outdoor lounge area.

DOWNSTAIRS
For the extended family or for a separate living area, downstairs has been designed to be fully self-contained with lounge with large screen TV, dining and kitchenette equipped with oven/hotplate/fridge/sink, laundry/ bathroom and outdoor dining area. Also a separate sitting area that has a large couch to curl up and read or just relax.

This is a great home for the family to relax and unwind after a big day at the beach with plenty of areas to spread out or join together for meals.

Located in the Original Kingscliff Village. You have picked the right place to come for a holiday. You are a short drive from Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions. Better yet, park the car and stay in Kingscliff for your full stay – there is plenty here for you to explore.

Kingscliff has on offer: Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Kingscliff Bowls Club, The Surf Club, many cafes, restaurants and retail stores. There is a large Woolworths and petrol station – you wont need to leave the post-code!

CANCELLATION POLICY – Marine Beach House has a strict 30 day cancellation policy. No refund will be payable for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

SECURITY BOND – This property requires a security bond of $500.

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical
credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person
(or company) in whose name the booking was made.

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a) charging a transaction to a debit or credit
card in the name of the booking, or

b) in advance of check-in by depositing cleared
funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be
provided until this process is completed.
