Marine Court is affordable yet comfortable accommodation on Marine Parade, Kingscliff. Enjoy a short stroll to cafes, restaurants and the beach front retail strip. Park the car in the single lock up garage and walk everywhere.

The creek on the high tide is a must as is a few cool drinks on the Surf Club balcony that faces direct north looking over Cook island. This apartment has been recently redecorated including anew large flat screen television and basic Foxtel package. It has a well equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own meals if on a budget. The beach front walking and cycle path includes exercise equipment and you're within a short courtesy bus ride to Cudgen Leagues Club and Salt Bar Tavern.

The property is fully self contained including an internal laundry with brand new washing machine. The apartment excludes personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc.

This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave.
