Beautiful timber decks wrap the swimming pool to greet the bifolding doors for your outdoor and indoor areas to seamlessly flow. An easy home to be in the kitchen meal preparing or lazing on the couch and have full view of the pool and yard.

Three bedrooms are in the main house with a pavillion that we have left open for you to decide your configurations should you wish to sleep 8 you will need to request to hire a double fold away or two single fold away for the kids.

The master bedroom has its own private courtyard for you to hide away with an early morning quiet cuppa or after a long soak of your sunkissed skin from a day at the beach in the large feature bath.

The beach track is next door to Seaside Pacific so walking to the beach is a breeze

Also within a few hundred metres along the beach front is Salt Village commercial centre with tavern, cafes, restaurants and convenience store wrapping around Central Park. Surf patrolfrom this beach is 7 daysperweek,the crystalblue waters of Cudgera Creek are also within a walk from Seaside Pacific

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am which includes removing rubbish from the property, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, microwave and of course do not forget the BBQ!!


There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.

In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
