The bathroom has a bath for little ones and the new kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave plus all the necessary basics for preparing those delicious seafood meals. Walk across the road for a spot of beach fishing, or take a short stroll south to Kingscliff Beach Bowls club for a nice fresh family meal at a great price.

Kingscliff alfresco prescient is with a nice walk and the local restaurants and fashion are receiving write ups internationally.

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave. Strictly no parties or functions, in the event of noise complaints you could loose your security deposit.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
