Two bedrooms to comfortably sleep a family of 5 with a Queen, two singles plus a trundle bed. The living areas are spacious and open onto the east facing balcony with ocean glimpses. The kitchen has been refurbished with a dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and bedrooms are spacious with west facing balconies.

The park and exercise track are also across the road, and the cycle path leads you to Kingscliff Village central in less than a kilometre where you can enjoy dining at award winning restaurants. Kingscliff Bowling Club, Surf Life Saving Club and Kingscliff Beach Hotel are all within a short walk.

Tradewinds 1 has a lockable garage, with two bikes included for guest use. If you are looking for a Kingscliff holiday at a great price, this apartment is clean, freshly painted and will be one of your most memorable beach front holidays. After-hours check in welcome.

The property is fully self contained, excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder, etc., which are solely the guests responsibility.

Departing guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller and microwave.

Noise complaints can result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction, plus payment of security guard fees, if applicable.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
