The back yard is fenced and flat and lots of room for the kids to play. After the day at the beach wash off the sand in the private outdoor shower.
The kids will also be extremely happy with an extra TV set up downstairs in the garage to play all their games while the parents can relax in peace and quiet upstairs. There is even room for the boat as well as the car in the tandem garage. The property is in a perfect location close to Mollymook beach, park, cafes and golf course. What more could you want!
