Walk along the beach path to restaurants including Mollymook Golf Club, Bannisters Rooftop Pavillion and Woodburn Deli, plus cafes, a chemist, newsagents and supermarket. During your stay we recommend a short drive into Milton Village which has lots of boutiques, homewares and trendy cafes or Cupitt's Winery for some wine tasting, lunch in the restaurant or outdoor dining looking overlooking the vineyards.

The top floor has 3 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and ocean glimpses, as well as an additional bathroom. The ground floor features 3 bunk beds, a double sofa bed, and 2 extra rollaway beds, plus a bathroom and laundry with a washer and dryer. This is a great area for kids/teenagers with a large rumpus room and a Smart TV to keep them entertained.

For those who prefer to unwind and relax outdoors, take your pick from the 3 decks. Enjoy the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean views during summer, and for the golf enthusiasts, the rear deck overlooks the golf course and offers a BBQ and outdoor setting.
