The open plan lounge, dining and living space includes lounge seating, a large screen Smart TV with Netflix, a ceiling fan, 4-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a stylish outdoor, undercover entertainment area with BBQ. Enjoy the convenience of having a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave at hand, plus all the general kitchen necessities such as a toaster, kettle and crockery.

Outside, this duplex has full use of the privately fenced backyard, undercover entertaining area, with BBQ, large lawn and leafy garden beds.
