There are 2 living areas, multiple TV's, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and en suite downstairs. A sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

A very short stroll will take you to the Roof Top Pavilion for a cocktail or dine at the contemporary Tallwood restaurant.

Mollymook shopping complex is conveniently located where all your every day shopping can be done including a supermarket, Butcher , Deli , Fine Wines , Chemist , Newsagency , and take Away for Fish and Chips.

- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
