Located in walking distance to the white sands and rolling waves of the popular Goolwa Beach; this comfortable holiday home will make the ideal family getaway to enjoy time spent relaxing, swimming and soaking up the sun on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula.

The upper level has a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a master bedroom.

The lower level has a bedroom, sleepout, living room and bathroom/laundry combined.

On the outside you'll be able to enjoy the large family sized deck that has some sea views and is perfect for a BBQ after day at the beach or a quiet place to sit back and take in the fresh air.

The yard is fully fenced and ideal if you have an outdoor pet that will be joining you on holiday.

Beach House on Holme, is in close proximity to the beach, shopping centre, parks and all facilities that the holiday maker will need.

- Quality linen and towels are included in the total price, but please bring own sheets for the single bunk beds.
- Base price is for 4 people, extra $20 per person per night.
- Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Unless prior arrangements are made,
- Please note this property is strictly NON-SMOKINGboth inside and outside.
- Sorry NO parties or events.

- $500 refundable bond is required per booking which will be refunded upon completion of cleaning including washing all linen. Approx 7 business days.
