All windows in the house are equipped with fly screens and locking windows.
There are solid timber oak floorboards in the kitchen and dining/lounge on the lower floor, as well as on the lounge in the upper floor.
The laundry and both bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors.
All bedrooms have new low pile beige carpet fitted.
This beautiful home has been rebuilt and renovated with all new fixtures throughout.
There are 5 parking bays on a now gravel and bitumen parking area.

GETTING THERE:
When you come to the main intersection of Queenstown on the Lyell Highway turn onto Driffield St. Take the next left onto Hunter Street, then take the second left onto Bowes Street. Jenico Street is the first right off Bowes Street; it has a no through road sign. Number 20 is the second last house on the Street.
