Riverglen Chalets offers the perfect base to discover the region. Set on 7 acres of stunning bushland and surrounded by manicured gardens, our 15 fully self-contained secluded chalets are.
Enjoy the convenience of our location, which is just a 2 minute drive into town or a short stroll away.
Each chalet features a barbecue on a private veranda thats perfect for the summer months. While many of our chalets include pot belly fires to keep you warm in the cosy winter.
The Chalets are spaciously designed with a rustic charm to cater for couples, families and groups up to 60 guests and officially accredited with 4 stars.
Whilst staying with us, visit the Margaret River Distilling Company located on our doorstep. Craft your own gin by taking their Giniversity Experience or enjoy a tasting of their award winning spirits.

Spacious 2 storey chalets, overlooking scenic virgin bush land surrounds and the winter Riverglen Brook, ideal for family and friends. These chalets are designed for 8 people and include:
- Reverse cycle air-conditioning; TV; DVD Player; Ipod docking station.
- Full kitchen with microwave full size fridge cook top/oven crockery cutlery.
- One bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A laundry with washing machine, dryer and trough.
- A barbecue and outdoor setting on the balcony.
- For those colder months, there is a cosy wood-fire pot belly. (Use determined by Shire Fire Restrictions)
- All linen is provided.
- King Bed (or 2 Single Beds upon request), 2 Single beds (or King Bed upon request) and 4 - Single beds (or King Beds upon request) upstairs in the loft.

If having a gathering, please be considerate of other guests around you, as Riverglen Chalets is a relaxing retreat for everyone.
Underage drinking is not permitted on the premises.
Proof of age of individuals suspected of underage drinking will be required upon request.
Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in Police involvement.
Alcohol on the Premises
Please be responsible and consider others around you.
Animals/Pets
Whilst we love pets, Riverglen Chalets does not allow guests to bring pets / animals onto the property.
Guide / assistance pets are allowed.
Bookings
Bookings will be accepted only by persons of an age / status legally able to enter into a contract.
Premises
Chalets are to be left in the state they were found. If you break it you pay for it.
Please ensure if items are taken to another chalet, they are then returned to their original chalet.
A cleaning levy will be charged to the credit card details supplied should your chalet require cleaning deemed to be in excess of normal cleaning requirements.
All rubbish is to be placed in bins provided.
When using the Games Room, please be considerate and leave clean and tidy for other guests.
Children
Children are your responsibility. Please keep them safe. Riverglen Chalets has a winter brook with pond. Please make sure children are supervised around this area when water is flowing and pond has water.
Evictions
Riverglen Chalets reserves the right to immediately evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for, but not limited to the following:
Illegal and/or unsavoury/lewd behaviour
Wilful damage to chalets and/or resident property
Physical or verbal assault/abuse towards management or staff, other guests, and / or members of the public on the premises
In the event that a person requested to vacate the premises fails to adhere to this request, the police will be called which may result in further action.
Fire equipment
Fire equipment including fire extinguishers, fire hoses and fire hydrants are only to be used for legitimate fire emergencies.
Fulfilment
Riverglen Chalets undertakes to provide its best endeavours to fulfil obligations to provide the chalet type booked. In some circumstances there may be times when this is not possible, in which case Riverglen Chalets reserves the right to upgrade you alternative accommodation of an equal or better standard. In the event we cannot provide this, we will communicate directly with you.
Noise level
When returning to Riverglen Chalets at night, please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours.
When socialising, please keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 10.00pm, when it is our experience that neighbours and other guests are most sensitive and the night echo is at a peak outdoors.
Parking
Guests are to park in the allocated parking area for each chalet. Visitor parking is available at the reception area.
Self-Catering
We are pleased to provide all linen including sheets, towels, tea towels and blankets. We place in your chalets a basic starter pack of consumables such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, matches, toilet tissue, bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial tissues and dishwashing liquid. Laundry detergent is available for purchase from reception. Replacement or additional items should be brought with you or purchased as needed from one of the local supermarkets.
Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted inside chalets. An ash tray is provided on the veranda of your chalet should you wish to smoke.
