Overlooking Clarence river, close to beaches and Yamba town, this retro holiday home has been completely refurbished with all the mod cons including air conditioning. It has two separate living areas (upstairs and downstairs), parking and a large leafy, secure back garden with hammock. It is perfect for a family or several couples, and we welcome pets. There is a dog friendly park across the road and it's a 10 minute walk to town and local beaches.
Beached @Yamba was completely renovated in 2015. All furniture, bedding and appliances were replaced in 2015. It has air conditioning and is pet friendly, with a large secure backyard, outside deck and hammock - we even have kangaroos hopping through the garden from time to time.
A professional cleaner prepares the house and changes linen for every stay. We provide fresh linen, bath towels & soap for all guests.
It is ideally situated for holiday-makers, weekenders and travellers. Beaches and shops are only minutes away and the park across the road is a great place for a stroll. Grab some local prawns, oysters or fish n' chips a short walk along the river, and meet the resident pelicans. Walk into town for a coffee or meal, or pop into the local bowling and golf clubs.
The house has been refurbished with a modern but retro feel, providing a casual, fun atmosphere for a family and/or friends holiday.
It is divided into two units with separate entrances (above & below), which can be used by one extended family, two families, or by couples and travellers.
Upstairs has polished floorboards, kitchen, dining area, lounge and TV room (flat screen TV, DVD, blue tooth stereo, movies & CDs), balcony with outside dining table & large Weber BBQ, 2 bedrooms (5 beds) and a toilet/bathroom.
Downstairs is a self-contained studio with Queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, dining area, TV/DVD and kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Outside there is a large deck with outdoor dining table and sunlougers.
Everything is relatively new including flooring and bathrooms, appliances and TVs, linen, beds, furniture etc. All rooms have wardrobes and drawers, ceiling or wall mounted fans and a heater (in colder months).
There is a laundry with washer and dryer, clothes line, outside shower, large, secure garden and parking for cars and a boat out front.
Guests have the house entirely to themselves. Keys are picked up on-site. You can call me if you need anything during your stay, or advice on the area.
The house overlooks the river and park (with uninterrupted views), just outside of town (7-8 mins walk). It is 5 mins walk to the marina along the river footpath and 10 mins walk to the beach. A car is useful but you can get around by foot or bike, if inclined.
It is walking distance from shops, beaches, marina, park, beaches, ferry, farmers market, bowling & golf clubs.
Parking for 2 cars and a boat. Large secure back garden with outdoor deck and hammock.

- Any poop on the lawn should be disposed of. Kennel is downstairs.
- If youre sandy from the beach, there is an outside shower to rinse off.
- If you use the hammock, be gentle with it.
- Don't hang laundry on front balcony, use the clothes lines at rear.
- If youre here on a Monday, please put the big bins out on the street.
