GUESTS ONLY:
We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain non-guests. Unauthorised gatherings of non-guests in the house may see you asked to leave without refund. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with family and friends not included in your reservation, just give us a call. You are also welcome to entertain non-guests in the beach hut that comes with the property, it can be a great day time meeting place, and there are public amenities within 150 metres.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS:
All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and any additional persons may be refused at the owner's discretion. Approved extra persons are subject to an additional fee as noted in the tariff pricing. There is a maximum occupancy of 10 persons per night. Exceeding this, or not seeking approval for extra guests, will forfeit your security bond and may see you evicted without notice or refund .
COOKING:
We have tried to include everything you may need-please let us know if We are missing anything.
Please always use the range hood when cooking, and leave the oven and hobs clean after use.
There are some extra comforts like cake mixes for the kids to whip up a family treat, marshmallows for toasting on the outside open fire, and some secret herbs and spices that would please even the Colonel himself.
PETS:
STRICTLY NO PETS without prior consent.
NO SMOKING:
There is no smoking of any kind in the house. This includes vapes. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and take care to extinguish butts completely. Please ensure all butts are binned or you will be charged a clean-up fee for dropped butts.
QUIET HOURS:
We prefer you keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am in respect of neighbours. We've all gotta sleep some time. Waking neighbours up in the middle of the night is not okay and may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
YOUNG'UNS:
It is each parent's responsibility to ensure the house is safe for your children and that children are under your supervision always. Please be mindful of the koi pond when in the rear yard.
For very young children there are no power point covers or child safety locks on any cupboards, you will need to bring these removable items with you.
If your child still experiences toileting accidents during the night, please bring appropriate waterproof bedding with you.
There is a portacot available for use, as well as bouncer and high chair - these are not stored at the house unless needed so please advise at the time of booking.
