Owner Rules

Please dispose of all the rubbish in the council bin.
Please clean the bench tops in the kitchen as well as dining table in the family room.
Please clean all the utensils you have used, there is a dish washer as well as liquid soap, finish tablets and rinsing aid provided in the kitchen.
Any damage done to furniture or furnishings, repair cost will apply.
