The ground level comprises of two spacious bedrooms with queen beds in both, main bathroom with a low bath (perfect for children) and seperate shower, laundry with washing machine / dryer in one and a walled private courtyard to the front and a fully enclosed rear garden surrounded by lush tropical trees.

A set of stairs leads up to the open plan living, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine enough amenities to get you started.
The lounge area cosy couch and large smart TV with Netflix and the lounge flows out to a beautiful balcony with Weber BBQ, bench and looking out to lush trees. There is also a Split system air conditioner upstairs and ceiling fans throughout. The top level enjoys cooling breezes and is fly screened throughout.
