The main bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, integrated laundry facilities, and access to the rear deck, complete with an outdoor shower — perfect after a refreshing swim at the beach.

On the opposite side of the home, discover your private Balinese-inspired poolside retreat. A beautifully appointed outdoor pavilion and cabana surround a resort-sized pool, bathed in sunlight throughout the day and ideal for both relaxation and family fun.

The rumpus room, located directly off the pool patio, can be transformed into a fourth bedroom by converting the sofa into a double bed (available on request). This space includes a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix (please log in with your own account), making it a perfect spot to unwind or entertain.
