This villa is complemented by a studio-style kitchenette with fridge, stove and water dispenser, all kitchen facilities to cook and serve the table. - Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
-Minimum stay 3 nights for low, 5 nights for high and 7 nights for peak season bookings;
Special discounts can be arranged for stays of longer than 10 nights;
-Terms of payment: 50% deposit payment is required upon reservation, the rest should be paid in cash or by credit card (+2.8%) upon arrival.
-Damage deposit $300 is required on check-in;
-Check-in after 2 pm and check out before 12 am;
-All villa rates are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge.
