Includes: queen bed in the master bedroom, single bunk beds and a single bed in 2nd bedroom, clean linen on made-up beds including a towel each, built-in wardrobes with drawers, bedsides with clock radio, comfortable living, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, stove, cookware and crockery, shower, toilet (no bath), vanity with hairdryer, iron and board, strictly no smoking inside and no pets.

There is free wifi, 40" HD TV, Stereo, Blu-ray DVD and keyless entry on door.

A shared laundry, clothes line and garden room with barbecue is available at the rear of the property.

Peak Season is summer holidays and Easter - generally min. 5 night booking.
Mid Season applies to Feb, Nov shoulders and all non-summer school holidays and long weekends - min. 2 night booking.
