This 3 bedrooms brand new modern villa has all you need for an ideal stay in Seminyak. Located about 10 min walking distance to the beach, and 2 min from all the best restaurant, cafe and bar but yet in a peaceful and remote street. Perfect for the family. 2 of the bedrooms can have an extra bed to welcome a total of 8 persons in the villa.

Villa Description:
The villa is fully equipped with comfort and luxury having all basic amenities installed in it. It has 3 bedrooms with king size beds, a fully designed and spacious living room, a beautiful terrace with pool, four comfy sunbeds at the pool side and more. All three bedrooms are tastefully crafted with wooden interior and are equipped with air conditioning, writing desks and adjoining outdoor bathrooms with rain showers. Open to the natural air on both sides of the room having a cozy sofa lounge with a three-person couch and two single reading chairs, the living space is making for a breezy, well-lit and ventilated space for guests to relax in. The modern decor and ambience of the villa make it a perfect place to relax for a family or group of 6 to 8 peoples.

Our hospitality team will be happy to serve you at their best. Our staff members are exceptionally friendly and generous. They will happily cater to your needs and will take care of absolutely everything for you, either you need to rent a scooter, organize a daily trip to Ubud or book a table in the best restaurant. The home chef will greet you with lavish breakfast each morning. We own a fully-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, water dispenser and cooking cutlery and utensils so if you are willing to cook a meal for you then go ahead. Our staff will help you in the best possible way.
But even with all these enticements at your doorstep, you're unlikely to be easily lured away from the luxury of your cosmopolitan abode. Spend lazy days in the shady sunbed alongside the 9 meter swimming pool, take a seat in the open-sided living room overlooking the tropical garden as you feast on meals, or spend a leisurely evening sipping (email hidden)e comfortable lounge area, which comes with satellite television, DVD, iPod docking station and Bose surround-sound music system, offers delightful respite.

The three bedrooms at Villa SAWAH are charming and bright. They offer an overview of the pool and the tropical luxurious garden.

Villa SAWAH's 11-meter swimming pool and neat garden form the centrepiece around which the straight shaped villa is built. On the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room, with a lounge at the far end.

The villa comes with a highly trained team of staff including a villa manager.

Master bedroom:
Villa SAWAH's spacious master bedroom is wonderfully light and airy. This romantic air-conditioned room is furnished with a king-size four-poster bed, equipped with 42-inch satellite television. The masters enormous ensuite is equipped with a spacious dressing room and a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guest bedrooms:
The two room are furnished with king beds. Both rooms feature a lovely bay window, with built-in seating, overlooking the garden and pool and are equipped. Ensuite bathrooms are fitted with showers.

Living & Dining Areas:
Villa SAWAH kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room are all open to the garden and pool area, creating a wonderfully tropical indoor/outdoor living space. The breakfast bar is the place to perch, day or night: grab a coffee from the coffee machine and chat to the staff as he prepares your bacon and eggs at breakfast time, or pull up a stool and enjoy an icy cold beer or a cocktail at the end of the day. When dinner is served, move across to the lime-washed square dining table.
The TV lounge, which is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch and equipped with an iPod dock, Bose surround-sound system, satellite television and DVD.
The villa comes fully staffed, maid, gardener, pool boy and security guard from 8pm to 8am.
