Located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the coast, the villa is within walking distance
to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and to the heart of Benalmadena Pueblo
white village. Only 15 minutes away from Malaga airport and ideally positioned between Malaga city
and Marbella it will serve as the perfect base for your next holiday on the Costa del Sol.

Our 3 levels villa is a clever mix of contemporary and Andalusian architecture.
It has about 450 square meters of interior space including 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, 2 full
sizes kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, a gym and a sauna. 4 of the bedrooms have king sized
beds (180), 2 of them have queen sized beds (160) and 4 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
All rooms except on of the queen ensuite have smart TVs with streaming services and SONOS sound
systems. The high speed free WIFI network can be accessed from anywhere on the property.
The outdoor space is comprised of a large sundeck terrace with sunbeds around the infinity pool, a
shaded outdoor dining area, a spacious garden, a covered terrace with a lounge, bar and BBQ as well
as an entertainment terrace for the kids with a playhouse, a trampoline, and a lounge area. Our free
gated parking area can host up to 4 cars.

We put at the disposal of our guest board games and water games for the pool. All bathrooms are
stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also have available a hair dryer and a hair
straightener. Dishwasher tablets will be provided for the dishwasher as well as laundry detergent for

the washing machine. For your comfort, the villa will be fully air-conditioned upon arrival and you
will be able to control the temperature of each room individually.
