Amazing views of the ocean and the lighthouse from the large deck are a great compliment to this holiday home. Outdoor deck with gas bbq and views. A leisurely, 5 minute stroll will have you on the sand at Fairhaven beach, at the Inlet or shops. A hot outdoor shower is waiting for you after your surf/swim. In cool weather come inside to the glow of a wood fire.

The large spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining zone takes full advantage of the views and it’s the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. Ocean Breeze is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The property is well zoned for families or couples, with 2 living areas.

Upstairs: Open plan living/kitchen/ dining, TV with Foxtel, wifi, reverse cycle airconditioning and a Jindarra wood heater, one queen size bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, that can comfortably be joined together and bathroom with bath, 2 decks with beautiful views of the ocean, lighthouse and Painkalac river.

Downstairs: Further two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with trio bunk plus one single bed and a bathroom with shower. A games room with a ping pong table, great for the kids and adults alike.

With Wifi, Foxtel, heating and cooling, and a fire box. Ocean Breeze has all the modern amenities allowing you to be able to relax in comfort all year round.

Linen not supplied. BYO Linen is customary on the Surf Coast. Pillows and doonas (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels.
Alternatively, linen and towels can be arranged for an additional cost on request.

It is important to understand it is not a shared space, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
