Our beautiful home is the perfect place to relax with family or friends. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck while watching the sunset over the vineyards, or fire up the wood fired pizza oven and enjoy dinner under the stars. Take a walk around the grounds and say hi to the goats (but don't touch, they're a little fussy sometimes), or get out and explore the area, there's so much to do.... or, do nothing at all.... the choice is yours!

This well-furnished farm stay home features good airflow with a split system, ceiling fans, pedestal fans, and electric heaters. It offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The laundry includes a washing machine. Outside, there is a fenced yard and carport parking for one vehicle. Safety features include smoke alarms and a CCTV system for the exterior of the property.

Enjoy a 3-minute drive to Marcos IGA for grocery shopping and a great deli. Fountain Gate shopping centre is just 10 minutes away, offering shops and cinemas. Explore Puffing Billy Railway at Belgrave Station, or try the thrilling tree ropes course at Trees Adventure. Lysterfield Lake Park is perfect for nature walks and kangaroo sightings.

Pets are welcome at this property, but please note that although the property is fenced, it's a farm, and certain sections of the fence may not be able to contain your pet, and the owner can not take any responsibility for your pet finding a way through the fence.

Restrictions on certain farm areas - the back farm shed with the tools and machinery, the greenhouse and the vineyards are not open for guests, and we would ask that you ensure that your guests do not climb on the tractors etc. The goats in the back paddock are also to be left alone.
Note that this is a farm location so snakes, spiders and other animals may be present on the property grounds. So please ensure that children and pets are supervised at all times.
