Fingal Bay is relaxed coastal town that is ideal when you want to take a seaside break with the family without any distractions – park the car and go no further than the long stretch of pristine beach, with bush tracks, bike paths, a kids playground, and the local cafe, takeaway, restaurant and grocery store all within easy walking distance. If you do want a little more action, Shoal Bay is just a few minutes drive away or Nelson Bay is 10 minutes.

This well appointed home is the perfect base for a beachside holiday with your family. Just steps from the sand, you're at the southern end of Fingal Bay Beach, known by the locals as 'Kiddies corner', which typically offers calm waters with small waves, and is ideal for families. There are rock pools to explore, and you can stroll along the beach or the shady, tree-lined bike/walking path to the stretch of beach in front of the surf life saving club that is patrolled in the warm months. And just 200m from your holiday home, you can discover the walking tracks and popular lookout at Barry Park. Migrating whales can often be spotted off the coast between May to September.

Your sunny, welcoming holiday home has a brand new kitchen, living area floors and upstairs ensuite, installed in 2021. The 2nd floor offers the main, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge, which leads out onto impressive balcony with stunning water views. Cook up a meal on the gas BBQ, pour some drinks and you could happily sit out here all day long. The living area features reverse cycle air-conditioner, complimentary NBN WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix and free to air apps and a Bose SoundTouch speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, and there is a handy 2nd living room with a lounge, flat screen TV and DVD player. The spacious master bedroom is also upstairs, with a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe and private ensuite with shower and toilet.

Downstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, one with queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and access to both the back garden and the main bathroom with shower and toilet, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are similar and feature a bunk bed and a single bed in each. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer, and a large lock up garage, as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower that is amazing for rinsing off the sand after the beach to help your home clean and comfortable for your stay.
