The Duplex: This ground floor air conditioned home has been recently refurbished making it a very desirable holiday stay. The open plan area includes a lounge area with flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully functioning kitchen including a dishwasher. This area leads out to a level deck which then steps down to an undercover area with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is also a rumpus room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed.
There are two bedrooms both offering queen size beds, one bedroom has a split air conditioning system with the other fitted with a ceiling fan. The accessible bathroom has been specifically designed for people with disabilities, plus there is a second toilet in the property. The laundry is fitted with both a front loading washing machine and dryer.
Other features include Wi-Fi, wheelchair access with ramp, off street parking and front and rear video surveillance for your security. There are definitely smoke alarms on the premises.
