Here at Surf Break, Tuna Crescent, you're ideally located 150m to the waters edge, and just around the corner from the local shop, cafe and takeaway. Head for an early morning walk, run or cycle along Fingal Bay's popular and scenic walking path all the way past the Surf Club and playground, then spend your days on the patrolled beach (in summer) which has a protected end with calm waters ideal for young children and families. Pack a picnic and check out the spectacular coastal lookout at nearby Barry Park – if you're lucky, between May to November, you could even spot whales migrating the coast or playing in the rock pools.

The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, and an air-conditioned, open plan living area with a flat screen TV and DVD Player. Double glass doors lead out onto the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture and gas BBQ as you take in the ever-changing views of Fingal Beach.

The ground floor level has 3 bedrooms and air-conditioned, open plan living and dining with a TV, DVD Player, and a 6-seater dining suite. A cosy courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy an alfresco coffee before the days adventures begin.

Each level has its own fully-equipped kitchen, family bathroom with separate bath and shower, and internal laundry with a washer and dryer. There is secure garage parking for 3 cars, plus plenty of space on 2 separate driveways for a boat or additional cars.
